Wooden decking and stone paving become covered in moss during the wet winter months which can be a dangerous slip hazard as well as looking unsightly.

Block paving can accumulate moss, algae, lichens and weeds which can also make your property unsightly.

We offer a maintenance program to keep your patios, driveways and paths clear of these organic growths all year round.

We use a High powered pressure washer to ensure maximum penetration of dirt, grime and stains on your drive.

There will be an initial pre wash then a deep clean and then a finish clean.

We will then spray an effective weed killer to ensure no weeds penetrate the drive.

If you require your block paving sanding once the path is dry we will cover and brush dry kiln sand over the path. Please note we will need to leave the path to dry before applying the sand.

All pots, obstacles etc should be moved prior to the driveway cleaning. We will make every effort to protect plants and fixed obstacles, but you may wish to cover any areas you are concerned about.

Resiblock Superior works by impregnating the blocks and jointing sand, binding them together. 

• PREVENTION OF WEED AND GRASS GROWTH

The sand is bound together and to the blocks forming an almost impenetrable seal that stops most weeds putting down roots.

• PREVENT OIL STAINS

Resiblock Superior reduces the problem because of the protective coating on the blocks. Resiblock Superior impregnates the blocks and provides a protective armour to the top of the blocks. This prevents oil and grease from penetrating into the blocks to leave ugly stains.

Resiblock Superior is also absorbed by the sand, binding the grains together and to the blocks to provide permanent weatherproof flexible joints.

All driveway cleaning is charged at a square metre rate to include price for

“Wash only” or

“Washing, Sanding and Week killer” or

“Washing, Sanding, Weed Killer and Sealing.”

The rates will be confirmed during your quotation.

If the driveway is large i.e. over 100 square metres, then discounted rates will apply.

If you have a shared drive then discounted rates will also apply if the joint owners both have the drive cleaning at the same time.

We have alternative payment methods to suit you.

REGULAR Payments:

We collect regular payments via GOCARDLESS. Once setup this will save you from having to make payments after each clean.

The system will take payments about 5 to 7 days after your clean. If we don’t clean your windows then you won’t get charged.

This is not a monthly Direct Debit. 

NON REGULAR Payments:

For non regular payments then cash or bank transfer can also be used.
