Water Worx is a family-run business based in Walton on Trent offering professional window cleaning for domestic and commercial clients.

What Methods Do We Use?

We use the latest pure water technology – Reach & Wash (extendable water-fed poles). Reach & wash uses a remarkably high level of pure water and when pure water flows over a window surface, it absorbs all the existing substances such as dust and dirt, leaving a smear-free surface so your windows are sparkling when cleaned.

Our Process

We offer window cleaning schedules on a monthly and 2 monthly schedule. Once you are a customer we will send you an email at least 7 days prior to cleaning your windows. This will give you the chance to contact us if it’s not convenient.

Please make sure we have access where required and all windows are closed before we attend. 

Our window cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of the glass, frames, and sills of your windows. Because we use pure water we leave the windows wet as they will dry spotless.

Methods of Payment

We collect regular payments via GOCARDLESS.  Once set up this will save you from having to make payments after each clean.  The system will take payments about 5 to 7 days after your clean.  If we don’t clean your windows then you don’t get charged.  This is not a monthly Direct Debit.  If you prefer you can also pay by cash.

For non regular payments then cash or bank transfer can also be used.

Water Worx is a family run business based in Walton on Trent, Swadlincote. We offer our external cleaning services to both domestic and commercial customers, providing a professional quality cleaning service to all our clients large or small.

The frequency of window cleaning depends on factors such as your location, the weather conditions, and your personal preference. We recommend having your windows cleaned at least twice a year, but some customers prefer to have them cleaned more frequently.
